PRODUCTION AND PLACEMENT OF MULTIMEDIA CONTENT FOR THE EC REPRESENTATIONS IN CYPRUS

In accordance with the Section 1.7 of the Tender Specifications, within three years following the signature of the existing framework contract resulting from the current call for tenders, the Contracting authority may use the negotiated procedure to procure services from the contractor up to a maximum of 50% of the initial framework contract ceiling. These services will consist of repetition of the same services entrusted to the contractor in the initial framework contract. The initial total value of the current framework contract lot 2 is EUR 85 000 covering 48 months. On 12/07/2024 and 31/07/2024 the European Commission Representation in Cyprus signed a framework contract with Marketway Ltd and MSCOMM AE for MULTIMEDIA – Lot 2 Services related to print and online media for the European Commission Representation in Cyprus with entry into force on 31 July 2024. The framework contract was awarded following the outcome of the call for tenders with reference no. COMM/NIC/2023/OP/0399, which was published in the Official Journal 2023/S 188-589655.

On 12/07/2024 and 31/07/2024 the European Commission Representation in Cyprus signed a framework contract with Marketway Ltd and MSCOMM AE for MULTIMEDIA – Lot 3 Identification and purchase of advertisement services time and/or space on communication media, with entry into force on 31 July 2024. The framework contract was awarded following the outcome of the call for tenders with reference no. COMM/NIC/2023/OP/0399, which was published in the Official Journal 2023/S 188-589655.
